The model has to be entrusted
to an entity having the means and the commitment to safeguard
and maintain it, and to make it accessible to those who would
like to use, update, integrate or correct previously input
information.
Unlike other spatial tools, a
P3-D model never gets completed. Like a living organism it
needs to be nurtured by regularly updating and enriching its
information. .

Models assure that accurate, to-all-meaningful information
is kept among the people who generated it. Representatives
of all stakeholders should be present at the handing-over
ceremony
