Because of recent difficulties in the scheduling of volunteers, we have provided this sign-up form to facilitate the process. A minimum of ten and a maximum of fifteen volunteers are required daily.

The relief goods warehouse is headquartered at the La Concordia College gymnasium, Pedro Gil, Sta Ana. From Taft Avenue, take the Sta Ana jeep. Tell the driver you will get down at La Concordia. From Guadalupe, take the Taft/Herran jeep; also tell the drive you will get down at La Concordia.
