The Julian De Vera Foundation provides scholarship grants to deserving students coming from Indigenous Communities. Funds are provided by concerned individuals and the immediate family of Atty. The scholars of the foundation come from the Manobo and Tala-andig communities of the province of Bukidnon and from the Molbog community of Balabac, Northern Palawan. They are, Annabelle Sumael a Manobo from Quezon Bukidnon who is on her 3rd year as an BS Education Student of the Bukidnon State College; Marcos Balucas who is on his 2nd year as a BS Ed. student from the Bukidnon College, Alvin Pantaon who shall start as a freshman at the Lourdes College in Cagayan de Oro City and Diahalo Duldula who is now attending review classes for his licensure exam as a Professional teacher.

PAFID has been able to extend this services to deserving IP students for the past 3 years mainly due to the support of the Julian De Vera foundation's benefactors namely Ms. Michelle and Nicole Schmitz and Ms. Lorna Owens who have been providing their unselfish assistance for the past several years to enable the PAFID to continue with their assistance to the students.
