Special Theme Issue

Issue 54 of Participatory Learning and Action is now available.

The issue "Mapping for Change: practice, Technologies and Communication" includes a selection of papers presented at the "Mapping for Change: International Conference of Spatial Information Management and Communication" held in Nairobi, Kenya, on 7th-10th September, 2005.

Guest editors of PLA 54 are Giacomo Rambaldi; Jon Corbett; Mike McCall; Rachel Olson; Julius Muchemi; Peter Kwaku Kyem; Daniel Wiener and Robert Chambers.

To meet unprecedented demand, IIED has decided to produce in collaboration with other development partners, a multilingual CD version of PLA 54 which will soon be available from the Participatory Learning and Action series.
